Food Hygiene: KPP – Knowledge, Practise and Procedure

1/2 day course developed by TOCC (Training)
covering the essentials of food safety in the chalet environment and including company guidelines if required. A short test checks attendees understanding and the company is awarded a certificate of attendance. An economical way to train staff in half a day and is easily incorporated into pre-season staff training sessions. |

These rates are for courses in the Haute Savoie and Savoie. For other areas please contact us for a quote.
A deposit of 25% of the fee will be charged on booking to secure the reservation.
Unfortunately due to the liquidation of a company with whom we worked last year, which resulted
in non payment of their account with us, we no longer extend credit therefore full payment must be
received 14 days prior to us delivering any training.
